Emirates Fire and Rescue Company [EFRC] today is a wholly governmental owned company operating the Technical Rescue and Quick Intervention Units of Abu Dhabi Police GHQ in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Together with our colleagues from Civil Defense, Emirati, European, Turkish and Jordanian Firefighters from 13 Fire Stations provide help for the victims of fires, road-traffic-accidents, chemical spills and other emergencies wherever and whenever needed. This help will be called upon about 3600 times this year including all major incidents. Our firefighters’’s presence guaranties the safety and security of participants and the public at a host of national and international events throughout the UAE. We at Emirates Fire and Rescue Company strive to make the United Arab Emirates a safe place to live and work.
